It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.
ISO 9001 is applicable to every business, any type of product or service and any size of company, from micro businesses with for example, just one employee to multinationals.
When you have done all of this you are ready to be externally audited, and if successful you will be certified as meeting the required standard.

Starting from a blank sheet of paper we will develop and help implement all the policies, procedures and documentation required to meet the standard. Our approach is to write all the required procedures we will not ask you or your staff to do this.
We will also ensure that members of staff are fully trained and capable of maintaining the management system once it is implemented.
